Kiltwalk 2021
Can you help raise funds for the Scottish Churches China Group?
The SCCG works with partners in China, specialising in education and public health. This ranges from teacher training projects that support children with additional needs, to projects which are helping train medical staff involved in palliative and dementia care, neither of which are yet recognised specialisms in China.
The Kiltwalk is a unique charity that enables people – usually walkers – to raise money for any Scottish charity of their choice. In 2019 and 2020, SCCG supporters taking part in the Kiltwalk raised £4252 for the Little Sunflowers Project run by our partner in North East China, supporting children with leukaemia and their families.
THIS YEAR, you can take on any Kiltwalk-inspired challenge you wish. Go for a walk (of any length), cycle, jump on a trampoline, dance in your bedroom or take the family on a scavenger hunt! The Hunter Foundation will generously increase all donations by 50%.
The Kiltwalk is happening virtually all across Scotland from 23-25 April.
Go to thekiltwalk.co.uk for details about how to register, and please name the SCCG as your chosen charity. Or contact us for further details. Thank you!
